MICE events and marriage solemnizations are allowed based on the capacity of the venue, subject to prevailing government guidelines and safe management measures.
Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) for vaccinated individuals have been implemented since 10 August 2021 for selected premises, activities, and events, including marriage solemnisations and wedding receptions.
ACCESS TO FAIRMONT GOLD LOUNGE (applicable to Gold Room and Suite guests only)
The Fairmont Gold offers guests staying in our Fairmont Gold rooms an added privilege of enjoying daily breakfast and evening cocktails with hors d’oeuvres at the exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge.
Kindly note that only fully vaccinated* guests can enter the Lounge, with no more than 5 persons at a table regardless of household. Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below can be included in the group of 5 as long as they are from the same household. However during evening cocktail, the Lounge will be reserved only for guests above 12 years old.
The Fairmont Gold Lounge observes a smart casual dress code Cargo pants, shorts, tank tops and slippers are not permitted.
SPA, FITNESS CENTRE & SPA FACILITIES
Access to the fitness centre, spa facilities and spa treatment services are permitted for fully vaccinated* guests only. For verification purposes, kindly present proof of vaccination status via the Trace Together or HealthHub app upon registration at our spa counter.
The Willow Stream Spa Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who are not fully vaccinated. The Fitness Centre, Spa Facilities and Services are only available for persons aged 18 years and above.

*From 14 February 2022, persons aged 18 and above will have to take a booster shot within 270 days of completing their primary vaccination series (two doses of mRNA or three doses of the Sinovac, Sinopharm vaccine) in order to maintain a fully vaccinated status; applicable to those whose final vaccine dose was taken on 20 May 2021 or before. Those who have not reached the nine-month expiry by 14 February, or who are medically ineligible for boosters, will not be affected by the updated policy but should get an mRNA booster no later than 270 days after completing their primary vaccination series. For vaccinated people who have recovered from COVID-19, no additional booster dose is required at this point.
