This generous spread brings together Middle Eastern and local favourites, from Slow Roasted Spiced Whole Lamb available at dinner and Singapore Chilli Crab with Golden Mantou, to Arabic Makluba Rice with Roasted Meats, Indonesian Oxtail Soup and a fragrant Singapore Laksa live station. Freshly grilled Chicken and Beef Satay, Chicken Shawarma Wraps and a colourful selection of seafood on ice, including Slipper Lobster and freshly shucked oysters at dinner on selected evenings, complete the savoury highlights.

End on a sweet note with Signature Asian Market Cafe Durian Penyet, traditional Nyonya kueh, Bubur Cha Cha and other well-loved local desserts.
