Usher in a prosperous Year of the Dragon with Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford as the hotels proudly present their 2024 Lunar New Year red packets and dainty carriers, inspired by a well-loved piece of Singapore nostalgia – the iconic Dragon Playground. Of course, no new year celebration is complete without keeping to the tradition of festive feasting and gifting. Elevate your reunions and gatherings with the hotels’ sumptuous offerings, from glorious buffet spreads to specially designed set menus and thoughtfully curated hampers, perfect for sharing the joy and good tidings of the season; and making celebrations truly memorable.

Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford’s 2024 Lunar New Year red packets and special carriers have been designed to showcase the iconic Dragon Playground in Toa Payoh, paying tribute to Singapore’s rich heritage. This special design encapsulates fond memories of Singapore’s past and serves as an homage to the sense of community embodied by this beloved playground. The hotels invite you to rediscover the Dragon Playground through each red packet, featuring a stunning illustration of this heartwarmingly familiar structure, captured in fittingly festive vibrant colours and a modernised whimsical design.

The QR code included in the red packet directs you to the story of the Dragon Playground—its history, the inspiration behind its design, and the role it has played in the lives of generations of Singaporeans. These special red packets are available for guests of both hotels and dining outlets in limited quantities.
