Terms & Conditions*- Sidecar ride experiences require full payment 48 hours prior to the reservation; a payment link will be sent within 24 hours of placing your reservation
- Rescheduling is free if done at least 2 hours before the tour, and can only be applied once. A charge of S$50++ per guest will apply for rescheduling within 2 hours
- We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the event of heavy rain or adverse road conditions
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the tour will incur a charge of S$50++ per guest
- Cancellations made between 60 and 45 days prior to the booking are free of charge
- Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days after booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days after booking will incur an 80% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 14 days after booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to complete the indemnity form and place a drink order; a rescheduling fee will apply in the event of late arrival
- The minimum age to participate in the sidecar experience is 10 years
- Guests must not exceed a height of 195cm or a weight of 110kg
- Pregnant women in their third trimester are advised to seek medical approval before participating
- In the event of rain, ponchos will be provided
