Optional Upgrades
- Additional cabana rental: S$60 per cabana (4-hour usage)
- Extension of cabana usage: S$15 per hour
- Mascot Meet & Greet appearance: $800++ per appearance, minimum 1 hour

- Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.
- Valid from 12pm-7pm, last seating at 3pm as experience is for minimum of 4 hours.
- A prepayment of $300 nett is required to secure your reservation.
- Prepayments are not entitled to CapitaStar Points
- Prepayment will be forfeited for any cancelation, amendment or no show.
- In the event of wet weather, a full refund of the prepayment will be provided should the guest choose not to reschedule.
- Any unused balance or food items not ordered, will not be replaced, refunded or carried forward.
- Amount consumed in excess of the stated value is to be borne by the booker and must be settled in full at the time of order.

- One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least seven (7) working days prior to the event date, subject to mascot talent availability
- Rescheduling requests received less than seven (7) working days before the event may be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges
- If the requested rescheduled date is unavailable, the original cancellation terms shall apply:
- - More than 30 calendar days before the event: Full refund, less any non-refundable administrative, licensing or other committed third-party fees (where applicable)
- - 15–30 calendar days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is payable
- - 7–14 calendar days before the event: 75% of the total booking fee is payable
- - Less than 7 calendar days before the event, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total booking fee is payable
- If the event commences later than the agreed start time due to the Client's delay, the mascot appearance will still conclude at the originally contracted end time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any extension to the appearance is subject to mascot talent availability and will incur additional charges at the prevailing rates.
