Terms & Conditions

• The giveaway is open to residents of Singapore.
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, and one winner will be selected by Fairmont Singapore. Fairmont Singapore shall act as the sole judge of the competition, and all decisions relating to the competition and winner selection are final and binding.
• The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 years and above.
• The giveaway will run from 28 August 2026 to 11 September 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• One (1) winner will receive a two-night stay at Fairmont Seoul in a Fairmont Gold Room, including Fairmont Gold Lounge access.
• The prize voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• The prize is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
• The prize does not include airfare, airport transfers, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not specified, or any other incidental costs.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other products or services.
• Employees of Fairmont Singapore, Fairmont Seoul, Accor, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and/or announced on Fairmont Singapore's Instagram account on 14 September 2026.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Fairmont Singapore reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
• Fairmont Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Fairmont Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the giveaway and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that Fairmont Singapore may use their name, Instagram handle and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
• The decision of Fairmont Singapore in relation to all matters concerning the giveaway shall be final and binding.
