A partner of Fairmont Singapore, Asia Grand offers exceptional Cantonese cuisine. The long-standing restaurant specialises in fresh Cantonese seafood and renowned roasted delights with traditional flavours.

The menu features signature items such as Dim Sum, Traditional Peking Duck, Roasted Crispy Suckling Pig, and White Pepper Crab.

Enjoy meticulously crafted classics with a city view at the restaurant that features seven private rooms and a spacious dining area for up to 250 guests.

Please be informed that Asia Grand is an independent restaurant operated by our partner and is not in any Accor, Accor Live Limitless or Accor Plus programme. Vouchers and dining credits cannot be utilised at this venue.
