A Peter Rabbit™-inspired High Tea at SKAI

Discover the charming world of The World of Peter Rabbit™ with SKAI’s whimsical high tea experience. Set against the stunning panoramic city views on Level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford, this enchanting afternoon is brought to life by Executive Chef Seumas Smith and Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong.

Inspired by the adventures of Peter Rabbit™ and the rustic beauty of Mr. McGregor’s garden, the menu features a delightful medley of sweet and savoury creations, thoughtfully crafted to capture the nostalgia and magic of Beatrix Potter’s timeless tale.

The savoury selection includes the Mr. McGregor’s Garden Sandwich with beef brisket and miso on seeded bread, and Fisherman’s Haven featuring smoked salmon with cucumber and horseradish crème. The Picnic Pie offers coronation chicken in flaky pastry, while The Forbidden Orchard Tartlet combines foie gras with apple.

For sweets, Flopsy’s Berry Basket offers a waffle cup filled with blueberries, and Peter’s Garden Pot creates an edible chocolate garden with gelato and citrus. The Toadstool Cheesecake shaped like a mushroom and Benjamin’s Orchard Tart with apple and yuzu complete the whimsical selection, alongside classic raisin and vanilla scones with jam and clotted cream.

Choose from a floral mocktail like Flopsy’s Blossom Fizz, TWG tea, or gourmet coffee. For an extra touch, upgrade to the Mischief in the Garden cocktail, blending vodka, carrot juice, and honey ginger syrup, for an additional $25++.
