- Escalating discounts apply based on the length of stay. Discount levels and minimum stay requirements may vary by property.
- Children aged 12 years and below stay free when sharing their parents' room, subject to the room's maximum occupancy.
- Complimentary breakfast is provided for up to two children below 6 years old when sharing their parents' room.
- For children aged 6 to 12 years old, accommodation is complimentary when sharing their parents' room; breakfast is chargeable at SGD 22.50 per child per day.
- Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults.
- Additional person charges apply for children above 12 years old and adults. For room-only rates, the charge includes a rollaway bed. For room-with-breakfast rates, the charge includes a rollaway bed and daily breakfast.
- For children below 12 years old, a rollaway bed is available on a complimentary basis, subject to availability. To guarantee a rollaway bed, a charge of SGD 120++ per night applies. Guests are advised to contact the Reservations Team in advance to arrange this service.
- For bookings requiring prepayment, the same credit card used during the reservation process must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes.
