Seafood on Ice
Weekend dinners feature freshly shucked oysters, snow king crab, and baby lobster, alongside slipper lobster, cooked prawns, half shell scallops, and mud crab.
Live Stations
Enjoy freshly carved Hainanese chicken and roasted duck, grilled beef and chicken satay with condiments, and a do-it-yourself Singapore Laksa bar with traditional toppings and sambal.
Signature Dishes
Expect local favourites such as Nasi Goreng Kampung, Singapore Chilli Crab with mantou, Salted Egg Chicken, Tekka Fish Curry, and Ikan Bumbu Bakar. Vegetarian selections and spice-laden curries add depth to the spread.
