Adventures In Storyland: Alice In Wonderland-inspired High Tea

In collaboration with the British Library and ARTiSTORY, ANTI:DOTE at Fairmont Singapore presents an enchanting Alice Adventures in Wonderland-inspired high tea. This unique dining experience is inspired by The Nursery “Alice”, a beloved adaptation of Lewis Carroll's ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ for younger readers.

Our award-winning culinary team has meticulously designed a high tea experience shaped by this famed tale and its iconic illustrations. Each delicacy on the menu draws inspiration from the whimsical and fantastical elements of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Highlights on the menu include:

• Madagascar Vanilla and Chia Seed Sablé: Reminiscent of the magical mushrooms Alice discovered on her journey.
• Blood Peach Verbana and Almond Diplomat: A delicious homage to the Queen of Hearts' croquet mallets.
• Matcha Madeleine and Strawberry Lime Confit: Captures the playful spirit of the Mad Hatter’s tea party.
• Boston Lobster with Dill Hollandaise and Tobiko: Reminiscent of the clove flower playing cards, offering a refined taste that echoes the elegance of the Queen's court.
• Pork Ragù wrapped in Carrot Noodles: Symbolising the White Rabbit who guided Alice down the rabbit hole, this hidden delight mirrors the unexpected surprises of Alice's adventures.

Available from 1 to 31 August 2024, the high tea experience is priced at $68++ per adult with a choice of two non-alcoholic beverages (mocktail, coffee, or tea) and $35++ per child (6 to 12 years old). Additionally, National Library Board, Singapore app users can enjoy 10% off the high tea menu when they present their eCard upon payment.
