Located on Level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford, JAAN by Kirk Westaway takes guests on a multi-sensorial journey through Devon, each chapter unfolds as they make their way through the halls to the main dining area. The 35 seat restaurant is further enhanced by the breath-taking views of Singapore’s scenic landscape.

Paired with a truly exquisite culinary team, Executive Chef Kirk Westaway’s constantly evolving menu embodies a seasonal philosophy to showcase British dining in a modern light, through simple but beautiful dishes that reflect both innovation and creativity. Available for reservations.
