SKAI is located on the 70th floor of the iconic Swissôtel The Stamford and is the go-to sky-dining establishment in Singapore.

The iconic city views, seamless service and bespoke beverages makes for the perfect ambience to savour the menu curated by Executive Chef Seumas Smith, who has blended cutting edge culinary skills with a cooking philosophy to create a truly personal and progressive fine grill offering, and his dedicated culinary team.

During SKAI's high tea, the traditional English afternoon tea is taken to new heights with a curated selection of well-crated treats; each a visual and palate masterpiece.
