Making its Singapore debut at ANTI:DOTE, Fairmont Singapore, from 4 November 2026, this immersive five-course lunch and dinner experience brings together culinary artistry, 360° projection mapping, sound and storytelling, transforming the table into a stage where Earth, Fire, Water and Air vie for the throne.

A Kingdom Divided
In the enchanted realm of Hoshena, Queen Serena has long maintained harmony between the four elements. But when her mischievous sister Nyxara breaks free from her frame, that harmony begins to unravel.
With whispers of power and promises of the throne, Nyxara turns Earth, Fire, Water and Air against one another. Now, each element seeks your allegiance, and the kingdom's future hangs in the balance.

The journey begins with Parmesan and rosemary popcorn, before each element takes its place at the table, revealing its character through food, immersive projections and a story that unfolds around you.
AIR | Light. Playful. Unbound.
Dried Beef meets heirloom tomato and queen olive, accompanied by a cocktail of cucumber Bacardi, berries, citrus and edible air.
EARTH | Grounded. Generous. Alive.
Petit Legumes brings together rainbow roots, heirloom carrot dressing and greens from Fairmont Singapore's aquaponics farm. In the glass, tequila and mezcal meet cherry and blood orange.
FIRE | Bold. Intense. Unrestrained.
Wagyu Beef Fillet is paired with potato espuma, truffle crunch and ANTI:DOTE steak sauce. A cocktail of Jura whisky, lemon myrtle, moscato, sage and honey is finished with flame.
WATER | Deep. Restorative. Mysterious.
Roast Black Cod and Kale meet Hokkaido scallop, scallop cracker and XO fried rice. Glenfiddich, almond milk, salted apple and peat smoke complete the pairing.
Between chapters, a Lemongrass Elixir refreshes the palate before Grand Cru Cocoa with Fruit Orchard brings the journey to a close.
For a further dimension to the experience, the Four Elements Cocktail Flight presents four cocktails inspired by the elements. Guests seeking an elevated menu can opt for the Premium selection, featuring shaved black truffle and lobster tail. Vegetarian and Kids menus are also available, each offering a place in the story.
Your Place in the Story
Set within ANTI:DOTE, Level 1, Fairmont Singapore, 4 Elements unfolds over approximately two hours, with lunch and dinner seatings from Wednesday to Sunday.

Terms & Conditions*- 1. Scope and Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all 4 Elements dining show bookings and events held at ANTI:DOTE, Fairmont Singapore.
- By making a reservation or attending the event, the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Organiser
- The 4 Elements dining show is presented in collaboration with Fairmont Singapore and ANTI:DOTE.

- 3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing goods and services tax (GST) and service charge, where applicable.
- The applicable menu prices and any additional charges will be communicated during the booking process.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the reservation process.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
- 4. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
- The organisers reserve the right to reschedule, delay or cancel the event due to technical issues, safety concerns or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
- If the event is cancelled by the organisers, affected customers will be informed of the available arrangements, including a refund where applicable.
- Customers may request to reschedule their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting the organisers via email. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals, no-shows or customer-initiated cancellations, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by the organisers.
- 5. Admission and Seating
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled seating time.
- Seating arrangements are determined by the organisers and cannot be changed upon arrival. The organisers reserve the right to accommodate smaller groups at shared tables where necessary.
- Late arrivals may miss part of the dining show. The organisers reserve the right to manage admission in a manner that does not disrupt the event for other guests.
- 6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- Guests must inform the organisers of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, the organisers cannot guarantee that meals will be completely free from allergens or that cross-contamination will not occur.
- Guests with severe food allergies are advised to contact the organisers before making a reservation to discuss their requirements.
- 7. Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, the organisers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the event.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability arising from negligence where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited.
- Any applicable limitation of liability shall be subject to Singapore law.
- 8. Personal Data
- Personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
- Personal data will be collected and used for purposes including processing reservations, administering the event, providing customer support and communicating information relevant to the booking.
- Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless the customer has provided the required consent, where applicable.
- Personal data may be shared between the relevant parties involved in administering the booking and delivering the event, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- 9. Corporate Bookings
- Corporate and group bookings may be subject to separate written agreements and payment terms.
- Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, corporate bookings are non-refundable.
- Any changes or cancellations to corporate bookings will be governed by the terms specified in the relevant agreement.
- 11=0. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures of Singapore.
