Aquaponics Farm Tour

Launched in 2019, the hotel industry’s first urban aquaponics farm at Fairmont Singapore & adjacent sister property, Swissôtel The Stamford aims to meet the rising demand among guests for fresh quality produce and to support Singapore’s goal of producing 30% of its nutritional needs locally by 2030.

Through this curated experience, you will learn about the sustainability initiatives at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford before a tour of the aquaponics farm. At the farm, hear all about the technology behind aquaponics, try some produce and feed the fish. Here, you will also learn about vanilla plant cultivation through our partnership with Mireia Vanilla.

Add a meal at one of our 12 restaurants and bars to complete your experience.

Each private tour is priced at S$350++* for a maximum of 10 participants per session. Meal options are available separately on request. For event organisers, we would be delighted to provide preferential rates for this tour as part of our event package.

All farm tours must be booked one week or more in advance and are subject to availability
Each tour is exclusive to the party and for a maximum of 10 participants (adult or child) only
Prices stated are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes and are for tour only
Child must be above 10 years' old and accompanied by an adult
Covered footwear is compulsory and we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the outdoors
In the event of inclement weather, the tour will be cancelled due to slipping hazard. Guests will be informed of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to scheduled tour and will have the option to reschedule or opt for a full refund
All privileges cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts
In the event of dispute, Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford reserve the right of final decision
