On Saturday, 28 June 2025, The Eight at Fairmont Singapore welcomes a special edition of its Sunset BBQ Series with a bold takeover by SKAI’s Executive Chef Seumas Smith.
For one evening, the renowned 70th-storey grill trades skyline views for poolside vibes, bringing its signature Japanese-inflected modern cuisine to the ground.
Expect highlights like the SKAI Wagyu Smash Burger, Black Onyx Porterhouse, and Charred Octopus, alongside premium grilled selections from The Eight and an indulgent dessert spread.
The debut of the Maison Perrier Cocktail Cart adds to the alfresco festivities, with cocktails like Nine Tails and Euphoria served to the beat of a live DJ.
