Sunset BBQ Dinner – Japanese Grill by Chef Nakao

Experience a Japanese-inspired Sunset BBQ Dinner by Chef Nakao, enjoy flame-grilled favourites, hearty sides, and sweet endings — perfect for family weekends by the pool.

Saturdays - 11, 18 & 25 October 2025 | 6pm to 9:30pm
$88++ per adult | $25++ per child (6–12 years old)

Unwind under the stars with a Japanese-style BBQ featuring Salmon Saikyo Yaki, Steak Skewers, Sake-Steamed Clams, and Hokkaido-Style Pork Belly.

From the grill, enjoy Sirloin Steak, Chicken Thigh Teriyaki, Pork Collar with Miso, and Salmon Fillet with Lemon Butter, plus Seafood Cocktails, fresh Salads, and a Mustard Bar.

Round off with Matcha Pudding, Dorayaki Pancakes, and scoops from the Italian Gelato Cart. Kids have their own picks like Mini Pork Sliders, Mac & Cheese, and Waffles. Top up $38++ for 2 hours of free-flow beer, Prosecco & wine.
