Earth Hour 2023 at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford

On March 25th, 2023, Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford celebrated Earth Hour in a unique and eco-friendly way. We participated in the global initiative by dimming the lights in our hotel lobby, reception, spa, and guestroom balconies to a safe level; showing our commitment to conserving energy and reducing carbon footprint.

One of the highlights of our celebration was the creation of the zero-waste cocktail, Banana 360, by Anti:dote’s Lead Mixologist Marlon Aseoche. This delicious cocktail was made using the entire banana fruit, including its peel, in an effort to reduce waste and promote sustainability. The cocktail was available from March 25th to March 31st at $22++ per glass at Anti:dote and SKAI Bar.

Our participation in Earth Hour and the creation of Banana 360 demonstrate our commitment to environmental sustainability.
