Into the Modern: An Impressionist-inspired Afternoon Tea at ANTI:DOTE

This season, ANTI:DOTE at Fairmont Singapore presents Into the Modern: An Impressionist Afternoon Tea, created in partnership with National Gallery Singapore and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Inspired by Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Southeast Asia's largest exhibition of French Impressionism, this elegant afternoon tea transforms art into edible masterpieces.

Reimagining the light, colour and spontaneity of Monet, Renoir, Manet, Cézanne and Degas, the menu is a culinary reflection of artistry, creativity and emotion.

A Feast of Light, Colour & Emotion

Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong and Junior Sous Chef Ong Sze Ling translate the beauty of Impressionism into taste.

Savour exquisite creations such as:

• Forest Mushroom Mousse with Winter Truffle – inspired by Pissarro’s Two Peasant Women in a Meadow
• Smoked Salmon Rillette with Cinnamon Apple Compote – reflecting Monet’s coastal glow
• Boston Lobster with Lemon Confit and Caviar – vibrant and expressive like Toulouse-Lautrec
• Foie Gras Terrine with Roasted Orange Gel – echoing Cézanne’s compositional balance

The sweet finale reimagines dessert as art, featuring the Strawberry Confit with Basil Tea Cake, Berries Velvet Gallery, and Coffee Almond Financier — each delicately inspired by Impressionist masterpieces.
