Embark on a luxurious gastronomic voyage with our meticulously crafted menu paired with Torres wines at SKAI! Join us for a one-night-only event on 16th May, priced at $178++ per person. Accor Plus members get to enjoy the dinner at a special rate of $158++ per person.

Commence your epicurean journey with the Marinated Red Prawn accompanied by Crème Cru, N25 Kaluga Caviar, and Shiso, expertly paired with Familia Torres Fransola Sauvignon Blanc, DO Penedès, 2022.

Next, indulge in the dressed King Crab served with Avocado, Radicchio, and Amalfi Lemon, perfectly complemented by Bodegas Torres Viña Esmeralda Rosé, DO Catalunya, 2022.

For the main course, relish the sumptuous flavours of Wylarah Wagyu Sirloin accompanied by Spinach, Kampot Pepper Sauce, and Celeriac, served alongside Familia Torres Purgatori, DO Costers del Segre, 2021, and Familia Torres La Carbonera Las Pisadas, DO Rioja, 2018.
