Sanitation and Hygiene Measures at our Restaurants

To ensure your safety and wellbeing, we have implemented stringent cleaning standards and operational protocols at all our venues. Please be assured that maintaining the safety, health and wellbeing of our teams, guests and community is of paramount importance to us.

REDUCED DINING PARTY SIZE 
With safe distancing regulations, health and hygiene monitoring, we will accept a maximum of 5 guests per table or reservation and all guests will be required to check-in using SafeEntry.

ENSURING SAFE DISTANCE
We will continue to stay vigilant in ensuring safe distances. Tables have been re-arranged and all tableware will be replaced with single-use napkins while cutlery will only be given once guests are seated.

CLEAN HANDS ARE SAFE HANDS
We have installed additional hand sanitizers at Fairmont Singapore, and we encourage every guest to use them as we continue to build a safe environment. Practise good personal hygiene by washing your hands for at least 30 seconds with soap and water regularly.

CONTACTLESS SERVICES
Cashless and contactless payments are available to minimise touch. For takeaway and delivery, you can order online and opt for island-wide delivery or pick up from Fairmont Singapore driveway without leaving your vehicle.

DIGITAL MENUS
Diners can access our menus using QR codes.

On Monday, 14 September, Asian Market Cafe will be open to welcome you once again with a glorious spread of fresh seafood, authentic Peranakan treats and pan-Asian delicacies. Enjoy our Hidang Mahsuri Lunch & Dinner Menu. This sumptuous buffet is complemented by live action stations and salad, appetiser and dessert stalls that will complete your dining experience.
